We have had a lot of questions recently about where, what and why we are moving from all of our patients so here is the low down. We have spent the previous seven years in a building about two miles away from our new location. Our old office has served us well, and we have made great memories here, but we couldn't be more excited about our NEW BIGGER space.
The new office is actually right behind the Utica Ridge YMCA, putting us right on the street and looking out at Barre 563, The Homestead and Digestive Disease Center right across the way. Just look for the new construction building going up behind the YMCA. We're super excited about the move and look forward to serving you all from our new location.
While we were happy with our space, there were several motivating factors for us to make a move:
1. Space. When we first moved into our current office location, it started with only Dr. Gina and she had plenty of room. Now we have seven employees and space is getting tight. The new office offers more square footage, but more importantly it allowed us to rethink our layout. We were able to start from scratch building walls and choosing a better layout that better fit our team and how we're growing. Overall, we will now have more of an open plan.
2. Visibility. In our current office, we are in the back of a three floor building surrounded by a dozen other businesses. While we really liked our neighbors, we lived a pretty anonymous existence. There was no way for anyone in the community to know we existed, and people had a hard time finding us so we're hoping our new location will help bolster our visibility in the area and help us more quickly come to mind.
3. Location. What a difference a few miles will make. Our new office is within immediate walking distance of the Utica Ridge YMCA. The location lets our team take advantage of all the offerings of Davenport and Bettendorf communities. We're all huge advocates for this community, and we're excited that our office location now furthers that commitment.
It has been an exciting seven years for Bettendorf Chiropractic Wellness Center, and we look at this new location as the start of another chapter in our history. We're still working on getting everything completed and settled in but we're incredibly excited to be in the new space soon. We'll be hosting a Grand Opening soon for our current and new patients, we will keep you all posted!
